该职位来源于猎聘 The SQE Specialist is considered an expert in his/her field; with knowledge, training, experience and the ability to suggest and drive implementation of changes to improve supplier performance and customer satisfaction.

The SQE Specialist using personal competencies and leadership, individually or in a team, evaluates supplier competencies, tooling, equipment, facilities and processes. They will highlight supplier weaknesses and then identify, evaluate and implement recommendations to improve supplier systems, products and processes, and, if needed, will provide training and facilitate changes with engineering, giving support about inputs for drawing and specification corrections. This by his/her knowledge in sheet metal and fabrication parts & manufacturing process. - Accountabilities and Decision Making Authority: Support the global product development process for new products and ensure that suppliers meet CNH requirements. Acting with Purchasing and platform about sourcing strategies and their implementation process definition, particularly on initial assessment (PSA – Potential Supplier Assessment) and ensure that suppliers meet CNH requirements per APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) and Part Approval Process. Support current product quality management activities. Assure proper non conformity containment tools application as CSL1/2/3 (Containment Shipping Level)

and irreversible corrective actions to achieve stable supplier conformity.

Grant extensive and deep usage of problem solving techniques at suppliers (8D, Ishikawa, pareto diagram etc.) Verify capability studies to assure process stability and accuracy (e.g. Cp, CPk) Perform at supplier Process Control Plan Audit (PCPA) and PPAP (Initial Sample inspection report / Part Approval Process). Implement and support global Supplier Quality guidelines. Representative Activities: Evaluate new suppliers or new supplier processes with major focus on quality and capability impact of process. Review, advice and recommend improvements on sheet metal and fabrication parts: techniques, equipment, fixtures, inspection and metallurgical lab tests & methods and means, in order to achieve the quality required developed during the design review.

Advise engineering and suppliers on the optimal technologies, processes, tooling, materials and methods for the part and application being designed. Provide training, technical support and recommendations on his/her expertise area. Support development of process parameters to achieve structural, quality and appearance specifications.

Inspect and test products, and verify relative documentation to ensure compliance with PPAP requirements. Audit the process with regard to emerging problems or production transfers; Verify and support product and process failure analysis, identify and assure implementation of identified solutions, including 1st level of problems involving related manufacturing process. Drive technical analysis within his/her expertise. Define and managing improvement plans with critical suppliers, and checking their progress. Establish and assure supplier development in accordance with Quality Improvement Plans.

Monitor quality objectives and provide relevant reports and feedback. Verify correct execution and closure of NBH and CSL1 /2/3 Shipping Level Containment. Support purchasing sourcing process.

Be interface and referent for any technical discussion between Quality Plant, Product Behaviour, Engineering and Supplier trough supplier commodity leadership. Position Dimensions: High level technical position within the SQE network. Responsible for regional suppliers / Responsible for coordinating new projects into the SQE activities. Technical technologies expertise in: Sheet metal and fabrication part design, manufacturing process and inspection methods. Related to this scope, assure deep technical knowledge of cutting, bending, stamping, rolling, welding, metal chemical composition, fixture design, machining, metallurgical concepts, thermal treatment, validation process, inspections procedures, operator training, materials, qualification procedures, methods and means for quality inspection and essay and in particularly to check the geometrical conformity of the part according to the 3D model and / or the drawing. Typical Decisions Made: With SQ Region Manager, determine priorities for corrective actions and part approval activities, supplier corrective action and supplier development activities.

The review and approval of suppliers, processes, quality systems and parts (PCPA, PSA, PPAP).

Review and approval of supplier corrective actions resulting from PIRs, plant requests, Current Product Teams, quality problems. Extent of requirements needed to satisfy part approval requirements.
