SQE Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing quality-engineering support between engineering and production to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: Ø Take the leadership for both SQE and ASQE team

Ø Review team members' quality skill, knowledge and capabilities and make training plan

Ø Early involvement for component PDP process to ensure the project safe launch

Ø CSR understanding related with supplier and monitor CSR execute at supplier site for new projects.

Ø Focus on quality concern and project potential quality risk escalated by CFT

Ø Take lead for serious supplier quality problems solving

Ø Provide supplier monthly reports, to include supplier quality performance, audit plan execution status etc..

Ø Support customer audit and internal quality system and process audit

Ø Participate in new supplier or new process assessment and qualification.

Ø Special projects as requested.

Ø Measurement center management

Position Requirements: Ø Good written and oral communication skills.

Ø Strong problem solving Skills.

Ø Project Management Proven Skills – Multi Site/Global.

Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, master’s degree preferred.

Ø Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in Supplier Quality

Ø Supervisory experience and team management

Ø Familiar with IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001, good usage of APQP\PPAP\FMEA\CP\MSA quality tools, VDA6.3 auditor preferred.

Ø Ability to travel when required.

Ø Good PC skills.
