SQL & Data Engineering Lead

🚨 SENIOR SQL / DATA ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY | TEXAS | HYBRID

I’m currently hiring for a senior SQL / data engineering opportunity with an established technology organisation.

The role is suited to someone who is highly hands-on technically, but also has experience taking ownership of projects and providing technical direction to other engineers.

Key experience:

• Extensive experience with SQL Servers, T-SQL

• Transactional / OLTP environments

• ETL / ELT

• Data lakes, data modelling & transformation, and data warehouse concepts

• Data warehouse/data platform experience

• APIs & system integrations

• SQL performance optimisation

• Technical leadership/mentoring

Looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of relevant experience

• Hands-on SQL development experience

• Experience owning technical delivery

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers

• Strong understanding of data and integration architectures

• Experience working in a client-focused or delivery environment

There is scope for technical leadership and people management.
