We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SQL Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL Development, Databricks ETL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS with the ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in real time. This role requires an energetic and committed professional who can function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting critical client production environments. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for energetic and committed professionals with 5-10 years of experience who can take complete ownership of client production environments, independently debug and resolve issues, and serve as a trusted SME for SQL, ETL, and reporting solutions. The candidate should have a strong hands-on technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills

5-10 years of experience in SQL Development and Data Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience in:

o SQL Server Development

o Advanced SQL Coding, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning

o Writing complex Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views

Strong experience in ETL development using Databricks.

Extensive experience with:

o SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

o SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

o SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)

Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Experience working with large-scale databases and production systems.

Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.

Experience supporting production environments and handling critical incidents.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex SQL Server database solutions.

Build and support ETL processes using Databricks and SSIS.

Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SSAS analytical models.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database and ETL-related production issues in real time.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.

Act as an SME for client production support and data platform initiatives.

Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Participate in root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of data systems.

Huge Plus:

Experience with Azure Data Services and Cloud Analytics platforms.

Prior experience serving as a Production Support SME
