Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and queries to support BI initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and user-friendliness.
Implement and manage SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) solutions, including report development and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and reporting discrepancies.
Contribute to the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions.
Utilize Azure Service Fabric for scalable and reliable BI deployments.
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a SQL Developer or BI Developer.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL programming, database design, and performance tuning.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) for data visualization and report development.
Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, particularly SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
Familiarity with Azure Service Fabric is a plus.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
