SQL, SSRS Reporting and Systems Integration Developer

Urgent requirement for SQL, SSRS Reporting and Systems Integration Developer in banking domain is required for our banking client in Sharjah ,UAE Design, develop, and support SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and management/regulatory reports for banking operations.-- Must Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction processes, and perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance - -Must Design, implement, test, and support integrations between Finacle and other banking systems, ensuring secure and accurate data exchange.-- Must Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and business teams to deliver accurate regulatory, compliance, and operational reporting solutions while maintaining data accuracy and governance standards.-- Must Banking Domain --Must Position Overview Seeking an experienced Reporting and Integration Developer to design, develop, and support regulatory and management reports and system interfaces within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL development, data analysis, financial data management, and application integration, together with a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Apply banking and financial-domain knowledge to deliver regulatory, compliance, management, and operational reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, and appropriate data-analysis techniques.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, working closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and business teams to deliver accurate and timely management and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes, while performing data reconciliation, validation, quality assurance, and ensuring reporting data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse and ETL teams for data sourcing, validation, lineage, and report specifications, maintaining appropriate documentation for reporting solutions.
• Design, coordinate, test, implement, and support interfaces between Finacle and upstream and downstream systems. Ensure secure and accurate data exchange through appropriate validation, error handling, reconciliation, monitoring, incident investigation, and timely resolution of integration issues
• Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end reporting and integration solutions using SSRS, SQL, data modelling, data warehousing, and system-interface technologies.
• Strong Banking domain knowledge with experience supporting regulatory, compliance, and business reporting requirements.
• Hands-on expertise in complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation, reconciliation, performance tuning, interface testing, error handling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with demonstrated attention to data accuracy, regulatory compliance, production stability, and timely issue resolution.
• Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas: Professional or technical qualifications in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, data integration, or related database technologies are desirable. Relevant banking, regulatory reporting, and integration certifications will be considered an advantage.
