1.SQL

L1/L2 Support Engineers

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience working on L1/L2 support responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in SQL querying, complex queries using joins, good knowledge of advance database concepts

• Strong proficiency in Unix

• Able to decipher and debug logs on Cloudwatch

• Proficiency in providing basic support for hardware, software and network related problems for L1 support

• Proficiency in providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related problems for L2 support

• Strong analytical skills and communication skills

• Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management

• Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment

• Working in shifts    Shift time: 6 am - 3 pm, 1 pm - 10 pm   Would need to work over weekend in rotation and they would get comp-off. Total working days- 5   Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservice architectures and Java debugging skills • Experience with AWS

• Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools

• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech

2.Python Support

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR    Python L3 Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Between 4-7 years of relevant professional experience using Python

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, experience with FastAPI framework and scripting

• Experience in working with databases – NoSQL and/or Relational

• Experience with cloud platforms AWS

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data streaming concepts

• Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management

• Comfortable with Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban)

• Good awareness of AI Best practices

• Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for monitoring, automation, and reporting

• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely responses to critical incidents

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and post-incident reports.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.   Preferred Qualifications
