SQL Support Responsible Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the local support team, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at the site.

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree (equivalent or higher).

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in the related field.

• Incident management and resolution of critical issues.
• Change Management and Change Control Board administration.
• Coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs.
• Stakeholder and Key User communication and management.
• Continuous improvement and optimization of support processes.
• ITSM methodologies.

LANGUAGES: English advanced, French is a bonus.
