Global HR Management Company, a subsidiary of Trade Tech International, is recruiting 12 AC Technicians for an electromechanical company working on MEP construction projects in Dubai, UAE.

The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, testing, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems at project sites. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Previous GCC experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems according to project requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AC equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting and repair work.
• Check system performance and ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Assist with AC installation, piping, drainage, ducting, and related activities as required.
• Conduct operational tests after installation, servicing, and repairs.
• Identify equipment defects and report major technical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow technical drawings, site instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other MEP technicians to complete assigned work efficiently.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSLC or Diploma.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in AC or HVAC installation, servicing, or maintenance.
• GCC work experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to work at MEP construction project sites in Dubai.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates from India are preferred.
• A GCC driving licence is an advantage, if applicable to the role.
