Sr Academic Coordinator / Operations Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Support in recruitment , interviewing teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Helping with growth initiatives.- coordinating workshops etc
• Mentoring classes to enhance the quality of education and learning outcomes.
• Servicing existing and new parents and teachers for leads and service issues.
• Overseeing operational service delivery

Skill(s) required:

• Passionate about quality of education
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Comfortable working with teachers, speaking with international parents, solving problems and taking ownership is a strong fit.
• Experience with IB, IGCSE or other international curricula is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
• International education exposure is a big plus
• Prior online teaching experience is a big plus
