What they need
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admissions, and career pathways.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain student records and update counseling/lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned counseling, conversion, no targets
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to resolve student queries.
- Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
