该职位来源于猎聘 This role serves as the primary liaison between the US Development team and Accessories factories (Hats, Bags, Packs, Gloves), overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from design hand-off to final production. The Senior Product Developer ensures timely sample development, manages vendor performance through seasonal scorecards, and drives continuous improvement in product quality, cost, and compliance. The role also supports traceability initiatives, maintains factory profiles, and contributes to the preparation of A&A presentations. A strong understanding of materials, trims, and production processes is essential to ensure that all products meet Deckers' standards and market expectations. % of Time Essential Functions & Responsibilities： 40% of time Product Development & Vendor Management

• Manage the timely hand-off of designs to factories and ensure resolution of technical issues.
• Track and follow up on sample development and delivery across all accessory categories.
• Prepare and analyze seasonal Vendor Scorecards to evaluate performance and drive improvements. 10% of time Traceability & Compliance
• Lead cotton traceability efforts and ensure all materials meet RS/ESC compliance standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve material limitations and ensure application suitability. 15% of time Production Support
• Coordinate with Production and QC teams to monitor in-process control and final inspections.
• Support pre-bulk dye-lot and PP sample reviews.
• Participate in Risk Assessment Meetings to ensure mass production feasibility. 15% of time Data & Documentation Management
• Collect and review physical test report and filter out any fabric property issue.
• Maintain accurate factory profiles and ensure timely updates.
• Manage care labels, hangtags, and sample invoice submissions 10% of time Presentation & Cross-functional Support
• Support the preparation of A&A presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on development timelines, costing, and material sourcing. 10% of time Costing Optimization
• Closely collaborate with A&A Costing Team and factories to achieve GM set target. Qualifications: Requirements for the successful performance of Essential Functions & Responsibilities. Education: College Graduate or any equivalent Technical course. Certifications: CETS6 English Certificate or equivalent. Work Experience:
• At least 3 years in accessories product development and production (Hats, Bags, Packs, Gloves).
• Experience working with a global brand is a plus. Skills:
• Basic knowledge in pattern making, materials, trims/components, and product costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
• Strong logic, communication, and organizational skills.
