Job Description

• Maintaining books of accounts
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and all banking transactions
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Handling internal & external audits
• GST compliance, return filing & payments
• Income tax (TDS) compliance, return filing & payments
• Preparation of vouchers & maintaining petty cash
• Preparing accounting provisions
• Preparation of financial MIS & presenting to management
• Submission of GST & Income Tax returns
• Handling account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF formulas, formatting, filters, sorting)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounts (service industry preferred)
• Degree in accounting or related field
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and accounting software
