Sr. Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Process vendor payments and customer collections in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances within the prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
• Prepare salary sheet and related accounting entries and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis and business insights for decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
