About Jewel Casa

Jewel Casa is a well-established Digital Jewellery brand operating in the retail gold & jewellery industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial records.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage payments, collections, expenses, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain payroll-related accounting entries and financial documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to handle accounts independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the retail, jewellery, trading, or similar industry will be an advantage.
