Sr. Account Executive (Immediate Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at MobileOne Technology Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our rapidly expanding organization.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing
• Prepare and file tax returns, financial statements, and other regulatory documents in a timely manner
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to help clients make informed business decisions
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and provide recommendations for process optimization
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QnE, AutoCount, Xero or QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address financial challenges
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
