Sr. Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate event, activation, and social media campaign requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and business development.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination.
• Proven experience handling events, brand activation, social media campaigns, and marketing projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree (Required)
