Sr. Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports
• Analyze financial and operational data and provide insights to management for decision-making
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Track key financial and operational KPIs and highlight variances against budgets/targets
• Maintain payroll coordination and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, MIS reports, variance analysis, and business performance reports

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,229.99 per month
