Job Title: Sr Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. This role also supervises junior accounting staff and assists in budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Supported accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely billing and collections
• Assisted in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling bank statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• MIS Preparations
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Basic Knowledge of Filed monthly, quarterly and annual GST and TDS return for client
• Identify and implement process improvements for accounting operations
• Managed day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BCom or MCom related field
• Proficiency in accounting software, Tally and Microsoft Excel

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Working Conditions:

• Working hours 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM
