Sr. Accountant

Manage a portfolio of 30–40 corporate clients/entities.

Handle accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and business advisory services.

Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Work closely with senior accounting leadership to achieve performance goals.

Manage multiple corporate client accounts.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.

Ensure tax compliance and timely reporting.

Provide business advisory services.

Communicate and coordinate with clients regularly.

Collaborate with the accounting team on financial matters.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve 10–20% growth in client portfolio.

Maintain 100% tax compliance. Ensure 90%+ client satisfaction.

Increase advisory service usage by 15%. Resolve 90% of client queries without escalation.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Degree in Business Communication (preferred). MYOB and/or Xero certification (preferred).

Experience Required 5–8 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
