• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data.
• GST & Tax Compliance
• Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Ensure timely tax payments and filings.
• Accounts Finalization
• Finalize balance sheet and profit & loss account.
• Coordinate with auditors during audit.
• Bookkeeping & Ledger Management
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage payments to suppliers.
• Follow up on receivables and outstanding dues.
• TDS & Income Tax
• Deduct and file TDS returns.
• Ensure compliance with income tax rules.
• Budgeting & Cost Control
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
• Control costs and improve profitability.
• MIS Reporting
• Prepare management reports (MIS).
• Provide financial insights to management.
• Internal Controls
• Ensure proper accounting processes and controls.
• Prevent errors and fraud.
• Team Handling
• Supervise junior accountants.
• Guide team in daily accounting work.
