Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records and timely compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payments
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Assist in monthly closing and audit requirements
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams
• Prepare MIS and other reports as required by management

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and general accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Candidates from any industry can apply

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
