Sr. Accounting Manager

Overall Accounting Management (incl Team Management)

• Oversee all financial cycles across P2P, R2R, Treasury, and Taxation, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
• Mentor and develop team members, building core competencies, capability versatility, and career growth pathways.
• Partner key stakeholders across regional entities and luxury Brands to communicate policy changes and drive process alignment.
• Establish and execute a robust talent succession plan for the accounting organization.

Group/ Region/ Taiwan Project

• Drive change management for SAP-related process updates, including user training and policy compliance.
• Spearhead process enhancements across PO/VIM, SAP Concur, digital payments, and related financial tools.

Record to Report

• Implement financial reporting standards, internal controls, and transaction governance across all entities.
• Partner with Group CDG on all Taiwan-related financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and consultants to drive timely completion of statutory and group audits.

Procure to Pay

• Deliver a best-in-class Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, driving operational efficiency and a seamless user experience.
• Ensure full compliance with Group procurement guidelines and authorization matrices.
• Oversee timely and accurate withholding tax filings and payment processing.

Treasury and Taxation

• Oversee cash pooling, intercompany funding, and liquidity management.
• Oversee cash pooling, intercompany funding, and liquidity management.
• Implement Group treasury initiatives to reinforce cash controls and transactional efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize local funding sources to maximize interest yield and cost efficiencies.
• Execute seamless rollout of Group Treasury policies and solutions.
• Partner with Group Tax and external tax advisors to ensure full compliance across CIT, VAT, Business Tax, and statutory filings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with local tax authorities and govern routine audits.
