Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, invoicing and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash and employee expenses/reimbursements.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Manage payroll-related accounting.
Prepare monthly closing, PL, Balance Sheet schedules and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
Manage fixed asset and inventory accounting.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Build, document and improve accounting processes, controls and systems.
Ensure accurate and timely financial records and reporting.

Candidate Requirements
Strong accounting and statutory compliance knowledge.
Experience with Zoho Books and working knowledge of Excel.
Strong understanding of expense reporting and reconciliations.
Ability to independently take ownership and build accounting processes from the ground up.
