Account Executive – Job Description

Designation: Account Executive
Department: Accounts
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate records.
• Manage Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment & Journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Handle GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation.
• Manage vendor/customer accounts and resolve account-related queries.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS.
• Good communication, analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
