What they need
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and file income tax returns for the company in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Handle GST-related tasks, including tax calculations, filing returns, and maintaining records of GST transactions
- Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis and forecasting
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all financial activities
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary documentation and information
- Assist in other accounting-related tasks and projects as assigned
