Sr. Accounts Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with mandatory real estate industry experience and basic knowledge of Tally. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in real estate accounting, assist with day-to-day accounting activities, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally.
• Handle entries for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Support the preparation of invoices and basic financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries.
• Coordinate with or visit banks for banking operations.
• Coordinate with auditors for regular statutory work.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in the real estate industry.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
