Sr. Accounts Executive | Immediate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS), and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting and Financial Management

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, journal vouchers, and ensuring proper classification of transactions.

Tally Operations (Mandatory): Proficiently handle all accounting functions within Tally ERP/Prime, including creation of masters, data entry, and report generation (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet).

Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist in the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing procedures.

2. Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

Goods and Services Tax (GST):

Ensure timely and accurate calculation, payment, and filing of all monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, etc.).Reconciliation of GST input tax credit (ITC) as per GSTR-2A/2B with books of accounts.

**Tax Deducted at Source (TDS):**Accurate computation and deduction of TDS on applicable payments (e.g., professional fees, rent).Timely deposit of TDS and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16A).

3. Banking and Reconciliation

Bank Reconciliation: Execute daily/weekly bank and cash reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and book balances.Cash Flow: Assist in managing daily cash flow and fund requirements.Petty Cash: Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
