Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software systems.
• Lead the integration and customization of Atlassian tools to support agile development and DevOps practices.
• Automate workflows, reporting, and dashboards in DevSecOps tools to improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the software stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies like AI and MLOps and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 7+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in DevOps.
• Proven experience with DevSecOps tools including Jira (administration and scripting), Confluence, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

We Value

• Experience with REST APIs, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Shell), and plugin development for Atlassian tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
