Sr AI Engineer - Agents & Chatbots

Job Summary

Design and ship production AI agents and chatbots-tool use, retrieval, guardrails, and full integration with client APIs, databases, and SaaS stacks.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered agents with LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration frameworks.
• Implement function calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-turn conversation flows.
• Design evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and observability dashboards.
• Integrate agents with CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, and booking system backends.
• Conduct red-team testing and iterate on latency, cost, and quality trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3+ years Python or TypeScript; strong working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases-Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar.
• Understanding of evaluation, safety checks, and production monitoring for AI systems.
