Sr AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a **Senior AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building and supporting production-grade AI/GenAI applications. The role focuses on developing and enhancing LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, APIs, backend services, enterprise integrations, and intelligent automation. The engineer will also take ownership of existing AI applications, stabilize production systems, and develop scalable AI-powered solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• • Design, develop, enhance, and support production AI/GenAI applications.
  • Build LLM applications using Azure OpenAI or similar services.
  • Develop RAG solutions and vector-search capabilities.
  • Build AI agents and tool-calling workflows.
  • Convert prototypes into production-ready applications.
  • Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and stabilize AI applications and pipelines.
  • Implement monitoring, evaluation, logging, tracing, and observability.
  • Develop automated testing solutions.
  • Implement AI security and responsible AI practices.
  • Work with databases and enterprise search platforms.
  • Follow Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and code-review practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
