About the Role

InfoBay.AI is looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer (ML/AI Systems) to join its growing AI team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), production AI deployments, team leadership, and scalable AI architecture development. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and managing advanced AI solutions while leading engineering teams and ensuring successful project delivery .

Mandatory Requirements

● Minimum 4+ years of software development experience

● Minimum 1+ years of experience in the AI Industry

● Candidate’s latest/current experience must be in the AI domain

● Minimum 1+ years of Team Lead experience

● Must have handled a team of 5+ members

● Strong hands-on coding and production deployment experience required  Mandatory Technical Skills

● Python Development

● AI/ML Systems

● Large Language Models (LLMs)

● PyTorch / TensorFlow

● NLP / Generative AI

● APIs & Backend Integration

● AWS / GCP / Azure

● Docker / Kubernetes / MLflow

 ● Production AI deployment experience

Preferred AI & Model Experience Hands-on experience with models like:

● Llama

● Qwen

● Mistral

● Gemma

● GPT Experience in:

● Fine-tuning

● Quantization

● Prompt Engineering

● RAG Pipelines

● Embedding Models

Experience with:

● HuggingFace

● LangChain / LangGraph

● Ollama / vLLM

● CUDA / GPU Optimization

● Real-time inference and scalable AI pipeline experience

 Additional Preferred Experience:

● Exposure to Computer Vision / Speech AI / OCR systems preferred

● Experience working in AI product-based environments preferred  Management & Leadership Skills

● Strong team handling and mentoring capabilities

● Experience managing AI Engineers, Developers, and cross-functional teams
