Sr. AI Engineer

• 5 - 8 years of professional software development experience, including 23 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Proven hands-on experience in implementing, deploying and operating AI use cases in production not only in designing them.
• Track record of integrating AI into business processes in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Azure AI platform

Strong hands-on expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry. Our focus is on the Microsoft technology stack – experience limited to other cloud platforms is not sufficient.

Cloud & DevOps

Azure cloud services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps; CI/CD pipelines (solid intermediate level); deployment, testing and lifecycle management of AI solutions in production

Security & Responsible AI

Secure solution design, data protection, Responsible AI principles and AI governance requirements
