• Be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement.
• Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor s Degree.
• Non-Technical Degree holders should have 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS PowerBI skills.
• Good experience in HR Talent Data and Analytics domain.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Data analysis, Business analysis.
• Database management and reporting.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Review and validate customer data as it's collected.
• Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse.
• Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases.
• Monitor analytics and metrics results.
• Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
• Implement new data analysis methodologies.
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
• Good to have: Python R.
