Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst - Application Support (OneStream XF) to administer, configure, support, and enhance the OneStream platform for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting. The role focuses on delivering scalable and optimized OneStream solutions while driving automation, data integrity, standardization, and continuous process improvements in collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the OneStream XF platform, including issue resolution and service requests.
• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Security, Metadata, Dimensions, Data Sources, Workflow, Dashboards, Cube Views, Forms, and Data Management components.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement system enhancements.
• Support Financial Consolidation, Close, Planning, and Forecasting processes.
• Manage data loads, transformations, validations, and reconciliations with Oracle Fusion.
• Support system releases, upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Design and maintain financial reports, dashboards, Cube Views, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver optimized solutions.
• Drive automation, process standardization, and continuous improvements.
• Act as the OneStream SME, mentor team members, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OneStream XF (4+ years may be considered with strong expertise).
• Strong hands-on experience in Business Rules development, Security Configuration, Metadata Dimension Management.
• Experience with Data Integration, Transformation Rules, Workflow Management, Dashboards, Cube Views, Forms, and Reporting.
• Experience supporting OneStream Planning Models, Financial Close, and Consolidation processes.
• Solid understanding of Finance Accounting processes, Financial Consolidation, Reporting, and Data Flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Knowledge of automation and finance process optimization.
• Experience leading small initiatives or mentoring team members.
• Ability to support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance cycles.
• Continuous improvement mindset with expertise in OneStream best practices.
