Sr. Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on procurement-driven operations work, supporting sourcing initiatives, spend analysis, and cross-functional project execution. The analyst will partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, develop data-backed recommendations, and help drive efficiency across procurement activities. It is a strong fit for someone who combines analytical rigor with client-facing communication and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,100 – $180,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on sourcing and procurement projects
• Conduct operational and spend assessments
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather insights
• Perform modeling and analytics to support project initiatives
• Draft reports summarizing findings and recommendations
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and conduct market research
• Develop and manage RFx documents and evaluations

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or consulting experience with Fortune 1,000 companies, or relevant degree/internship experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, particularly advanced Excel
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication and formal presentation skills
• Ability to adapt and cultivate relationships across varied corporate cultures
• Self-starter with strong organizational attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools is preferred
