Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role Proven experience in business process services and data analysis Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Excel Specialist, Business Analytics Foundations) a plus
