• Purpose of the Role - The Sr. Analyst # Planning Strategy supports the development and execution of business plans by providing data-driven insights and structured analysis. The role involves evaluating market trends, tracking performance, and enabling strategic decision-making through robust analytics and reporting. The individual works closely with cross-functional teams to drive planning cycles, monitor key initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparation and consolidation of budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities
2. Track and monitor budget utilization vs plan, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
3. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and management review materials
4. Track progress of key initiatives and provide insights on performance vs plan and budget
5. Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and align on budget inputs
6. Prepare presentations and insights for leadership reviews, including budget performance updates
7. Drive data integrity and standardization across planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
8. Automate and improve reporting, budgeting, and analytics processes using digital tools
9. Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support on financial and budget-related matters Education Requirement :

• Bachelor#s degree in Engineering / Economics / Finance / Business or related fields
• MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory) Experience Requirement :

1. 3#6 years of experience in planning, strategy, consulting, or analytics roles

2. Experience in business performance analysis, reporting, and planning cycles

3. Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, or market research preferred

4. Experience with data visualization or analytics tools is an advantage Skills Competencies :

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Good understanding of financial and business metrics

7. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools preferred)

8. Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations

9. Strong communication and presentation skills
