Sr. Analyst Programmer - .Net, Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong experience developing and supporting web services and applications.
• Strong knowledge of core .NET concepts, including multithreading, generics, serialization, and thread pools.
• Extensive experience developing and consuming Web Services and Web APIs, including SOAP, REST, WSDL, SOAP UI, and web service client generation.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for Web APIs.
• Experience deploying and managing .NET applications and APIs using Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying .NET applications through GitHub Actions to Azure App Services and/or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and React.js, with knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using development tools such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and work effectively with developers, architects, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or AI technologies to improve software development workflows, troubleshooting, productivity, or solution delivery.
• Willingness and ability to work in a shifting schedule, including midnight/night shifts, based on business and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, containerization, or container orchestration technologies.
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies and cloud integration.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Experience using application monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Azure Application Insights, as well as analyzing application logs to troubleshoot performance and functional issues.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production applications.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required for critical production activities, deployments, or incident resolution.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and services while ensuring overall solution quality.
• Contribute to solution design and system architecture, particularly for .NET applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Make and communicate technical design and integration decisions in collaboration with architects, developers, and other technical stakeholders.
• Work with business partners, architects, requirements teams, and other stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements and establish priorities.
• Design and implement system enhancements while following established software development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver new capabilities, enhancements, and solutions for business applications.
• Analyze technical requirements and assess the feasibility, effort, timeline, cost, and compatibility of proposed solutions.
• Contribute to project estimates, development timelines, and implementation plans.
• Monitor and address application performance requirements to help ensure reliable system operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including production and integration-related concerns.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and other SDLC activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, security, and performance requirements.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule

Shifting Schedule — Midnight/Night Shift

This position follows a shifting work schedule that may include midnight/night shifts. Schedule requirements may vary depending on project, operational, deployment, or production support needs.

Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
