Job Summary

Responsibilities Testing Account Reconciliations including Cash Bank, Prepaid, Accruals, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc. Communicating testing queries to stakeholders. Perform monthly quarterly reporting activities based on the testing performed. Following up of Open items ensuring timely resolution, including timely communication with stakeholders Ensuring high accuracy in the process Being adaptive with Company Policies Guidance Notes Sound knowledge of Reconciliation process Proactively identify process improvements Get Cross trained on other process as per requirement

Responsibilities

• Testing Account Reconciliations including Cash Bank, Prepaid, Accruals, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.

• Communicating testing queries to stakeholders.

• Ensuring high accuracy in the process

• Being adaptive with Company Policies Guidance Notes

• Sound knowledge of Reconciliation process

  Qualifications

• Good Accounting knowledge

• Intermediate Excel knowledge

• Good Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good Communication Skills - Verbal Writing both.

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Ability to effectively work in team

• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks

• Dynamic able to adapt to new tools changes.

• 4 to 8 years Exp in Reconciliations like Cash/Bank, Balance Sheet etc
