Sr Annuity Specialist (Pre-Set Appointments)

In this role, you will meet with local families and retirees who have recently established a living trust to review their estate plans and implement principal-protected, "safe money" retirement income solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, consultative appointments with pre-qualified clients who have active living trusts.
• Analyze client financial profiles to identify gaps in retirement income, market exposure, and capital preservation.
• Design and present tailored Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) and safe-money income strategies to protect wealth and guarantee lifetime income.
• Collaborate with our dedicated internal processing and case-design teams to streamline application submission and policy delivery.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering an exceptional client experience across your territory.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License (Required).
• 5+ years of active experience specializing in Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) and retirement income planning.
• Demonstrated track record of $2M+ in annual FIA production (or equivalent top-tier sales volume).
• Strong consultative closing skills with an empathetic, client-first communication style.
• Comfortable working in an independent, commission-based 1099 structure with uncapped income potential.
