Sr. Application Engineer (CMM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer /Engineer with strong expertise in CMM programming . The candidate will be responsible for developing CMM programs, providing application support, conducting customer demonstrations and training, and supporting metrology solutions across manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CMM programs using PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, PolyWorks, and CAMIO, any other.
• Create inspection routines based on CAD models, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Conduct application studies, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for measurement and inspection challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and service teams to deliver metrology solutions.
• Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• CMM Programming

• CAMIO

• PC-DMIS

• MCOSMOS

• PolyWorks

• GD&T Interpretation

• CAD Model Analysis

• Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering.

Preferred Industry

Automotive, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing.
