關於本職位

• 本職位將擔任客戶、業務團隊與設計工程團隊之間的核心技術橋梁，負責支援產品應用、系統整合及技術解決方案。
• 理想人選須具備紮實的工程基礎知識、優異的溝通能力，並能有效理解客戶需求，將其轉化為具體的技術方案。
• 需具備 Ultramic 產品的相關知識與實務經驗。

About the Role:

• This role will be key technical liaison between customers, sales, and design engineering teams to support product applications, system integration, and technical solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong engineering fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with Ultramic products are required.

主要職責

• 為客戶、業務團隊及產品設計團隊提供技術支援與製程應用專業知識。
• 分析客戶需求，推薦合適的產品與解決方案。
• 支援產品選型、應用驗證、故障排除及效能優化等工作。
• 與產品設計、研發、製造及品質團隊緊密合作，解決客戶技術問題並推動解決方案落實。
• 為客戶及內部團隊進行產品展示、技術簡報及教育訓練。
• 協助原型評估、測試與客戶展示活動。
• 支援新產品導入與應用開發計畫。
• 撰寫技術文件，包括應用報告、規格書、測試數據及客戶簡報資料。
• 參與客戶反映問題之根本原因分析與矯正措施流程。
• 維繫良好的客戶關係，提供即時的技術回應，以支持業務成長。

Functional Contribution:

• Provide technical support and process application expertise to customers, sales teams, and product design team.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions.
• Support product selection, application validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate closely with product design, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to address customer technical issues and drive solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in prototype evaluations, testing, customer demonstration.
• Support new product introductions and application development initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation including application reports, specifications, test data, and customer presentations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer-reported issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely technical responses to support business growth.

職位要求

• 學歷：機械工程、電機工程、材料工程或相關技術領域學士學位。
• 工作經歷：應用工程、技術支援、現場工程或相關職位，至少 3–5 年以上。
• 具備強大的問題解決與分析能力，並有動手實作的技術能力。
• 具備工業、半導體、熱能或製造相關產品與系統的支援經驗者尤佳。
• 具備優秀的溝通與簡報能力，及面向客戶的工作經驗。
• 能獨立作業，亦能在快節奏環境中與團隊協作。
• 中文（普通話）流利；具備英文能力者優先考慮。
• 願意在本地出差，並視需要偶爾前往亞洲地區（韓國、日本、新加坡及馬來西亞）出差（約佔 30%）。

Skills, Abilities and Mastery:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, field engineering, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands-on technical aptitude.
• Experience supporting industrial, semiconductor, thermal, or manufacturing-related products and systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally Asia region (Korea, Japan , Singapore & Malaysia) as needed (30%).

• 熟悉品質與可靠性工具，例如 8D、FMEA 或六標準差（Six Sigma）方法論。

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor backend process equipment, thermal systems, automation, or precision manufacturing applications.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional international teams.
• Knowledge of quality and reliability tools such as 8D, FMEA, or Six Sigma methodologies.
