We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer to join a global engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications.
• Lead frontend technical strategy, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and global engineering teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Manage the frontend development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, risk assessment, and task prioritization.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/frontend development.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend design patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Proven experience building large-scale, component-driven enterprise applications.
• Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI component libraries or design systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), or Headless CMS.
• Understanding of frontend security best practices and data privacy compliance.
