Senior Application Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to support critical business applications and enterprise systems in a fast-paced technology environment.

If you have strong experience in production application support, incident/problem management, SQL, ServiceNow, and enterprise SaaS applications, this opportunity may be a great fit.

Position Details

• Experience: 9+ years
• Salary: Up to ₱120,000/month
• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
• Schedule: Mid Shift for the first 3 months, followed by quarterly Night Shift rotation
• Openings: 2

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and reliable operation of business applications by resolving production issues within agreed timelines.
• Lead or support incident and problem management, including investigation, resolution, escalation, and follow-through.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of application features and enhancements from development into production.
• Support release management and ensure production readiness of application changes.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders during incidents, escalations, and operational activities.
• Manage escalations related to application and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of application support processes.
• Assist in automating manual activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
• Balance and prioritize multiple operational issues, projects, and improvement initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Business Application Support, or a closely related role.
• Strong experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Proven experience in Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar IT service management tools.
• Strong understanding or practical experience with an Enterprise Agile Framework, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience in Agile delivery and release management, with exposure to software engineering processes.
