Sr. AR Caller

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Contact leads and understand customer requirements.
• Explain products, services, offers, or processes clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert leads into appointments, sales, or successful outcomes as per business requirements.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the CRM/system.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, customer support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills..
