Sr. Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation using Revit.
• Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to ensure clash-free models.
• Participate in design development, material selection, and technical problem-solving.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
• Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior architects and assist in maintaining BIM standards within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and BIM best practices.
• Ability to train, mentor, and effectively manage a team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• 45 years of professional architectural experience.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

• Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building regulations.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.

• Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.

• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and documentation workflows.

• Familiarity with project execution and site coordination.
