Sr. Architect

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design skills, technical expertise, and proven experience managing projects from concept design through construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, and authority requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and construction-related technical issues.
• Monitor design quality, project schedules, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects.
• Identify design improvements and support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Previous experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; BIM experience is an advantage.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
