About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Baclayon, Bohol. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision and strategic direction of our development projects. As Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design initiatives, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that all developments align with our commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's portfolio of landmark projects whilst contributing to the built environment of Bohol.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the conceptualisation, design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through to final delivery
• Preparing comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications and documentation using industry-standard CAD and BIM software
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, planners and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Conducting site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design strategies and development approaches
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, zoning requirements and environmental standards applicable in Bohol and the Philippines
• Managing design budgets, timelines and resources whilst maintaining quality and design integrity
• Mentoring and supervising junior architects and design staff within the architectural department
• Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders and project committees
• Conducting value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to optimise project viability without compromising design excellence
• Staying abreast of emerging architectural trends, technologies and sustainable design practices

What we're looking for

• Professional Architecture licensure or equivalent qualification recognised in the Philippines
• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial, residential or mixed-use development projects
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of Philippine Building Code, local building regulations and environmental compliance requirements
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and regulatory bodies
• Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop architectural teams
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Experience in land development or large-scale residential projects is highly desirable
