Sr. Architect

We are seeking a SR. Architech for our on going Hospital Construction Project at Alibagh, Near NAVI Mumbai, Maharashtra. The desired candidates profile is:

A Senior Architect – Execution oversees the transition of architectural designs into physical construction, managing on-site development, technical compliance, and team coordination. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision: Lead architectural projects from design intent to on-site construction, conducting regular site visits to monitor build quality and progress. [1, 2]
• Consultant & MEP Coordination: Coordinate closely with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, interior designers, and general contractors. [1, 2]
• Working Drawings & Documentation: Review and issue detailed working drawings, construction details, schedules, material samples, mock-ups, and specifications. [1]
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities and building components comply with local zoning laws, municipal bylaws, and the National Building Code (NBC). [1, 2]
• Vendor & Procurement Support: Review technical quotations, coordinate with procurement teams for vendor finalization, and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and estimation. [1, 2]
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects, site engineers, and drafting teams. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from a recognized institution. [1, 2]
• Experience: Generally 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction management, or site execution (often with exposure to turnkey or Greenfield projects). [1, 2]
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office. [1, 2]
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of construction methodologies, site safety standards (HSE), material selection, and quality control (QA/QC). [1, 2]

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
